THINGS TO DO
The tennis courts, recreation ground and community hall are located opposite the Avoca Pioneer Park and Forestry Reserve camping area, which has water, toilets and fireplaces. The historic, stone Avoca Catholic Church and Shrine is in a lovely setting south of the village with historic cemeteries nearby, also St Aidan's Church (known as the tin church) north of the village along Abercrombie Road is a quaint historical church.
